I hesitate or a bit to post this on Instagram. I figure, I don’t need to tell the whole world how healthy I am or how successful I am with the progress. It’s only been three months and validation will come end of the year or a year. I don’t think I want so much admiration from people. In the end I did, just a mere reminder for me.
1st April 2020, I decided that I want to exercise. Exercise hasn’t been part of my regularity since I was a young kid. Body insecurities had started since I was 14 years old and it wasn’t a positive feeling to think that I could only wear certain kind of clothing with sleeves because I thought that I had a big arms. So once and for good, I want to incorporate exercise into my life. I want to beat body insecurities, I want to live a healthy life and I don’t want to be fat ever.
I think I started my diet with a starting weight of 59Kg and this morning I measured that I was 57,6Kg. So in total I lost 1,5 Kg. The old me would be so disappointed because I work hard and eat less but the result wasn’t that ‘much’ but the new me would be patient. Anything that I gain fast, I will also lose it fast (but this means the reverse in this sense).
What have I learned in the three months?
